Deposit & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of booking. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the event. Payment may be made with cash, check, money order to the manager, or Venmo. A $50 fee will be applied to returned checks.
Outdoor Events
Our instruments are very expensive and susceptible to expensive damage and changes in extreme weather conditions. Shade in a gazebo, portable pop-tent, or under shade trees is required at all outdoor events. In the event of rain or cool temperatures (below 50 degrees), an alternate location will be required. Note that the time for the alternate location will need to be during the same booking window.
Overtime
Overtime will be charged beyond 15 minutes extra. $175 per every 15 minutes extra will be due at the conclusion of the event. While we will do our best, there is no guarantee that members will be available to stay for unexpected overtime at events.
